Where does my race data come from?
From you. Type in your splits, or just select all on your official result page, copy, and paste the whole thing into the builder. It can look like a mess; paste it anyway and we figure it out: eight runs, eight stations, roxzone, finish time. You approve exactly what ships.
Which division can I make a print for?
Any of them. Open, Pro, Doubles (men's, women's or mixed), Relay, Adaptive and the age groups. Pick yours when you build the print and the division prints right on it.
Can I add a photo from my race?
Yes. Turn on the photo option, upload your shot, then drag and zoom to frame it exactly how you want. If the photo is lower resolution than the print size needs, we enhance it with AI upscaling before printing, at no cost.
Can I order before I race?
Yes. Pre-order with just your name, your race and its date. After you cross the line we pull your official result and ship, no typing splits in a race-week haze. It arrives about a week after race day, right when you're missing that cloud nine.
This is a gift. How do I get their race data?
Three ways. If you can ask without spoiling it, ask. If not, find their result yourself: open hyresult.com, search their name, open their race, and copy the link from the address bar. Paste that link into the builder and every split, their finish time, their roxzone and their division fill in on their own. Their result on results.hyrox.com works too, though there you have to copy the whole page and let us read it out of the garble. Or skip the data entirely and order the No Time edition: their city and the course with FINISHER across the bottom, no times, no personal data needed. And if you get stuck, just email us and we'll help you figure it out. No sweat off our back.
Do I get a digital version?
Yes, free with every order. The day your print is delivered, the digital version lands in your inbox, sized for your phone and your feed. Tag @thefinishframe when you post it.
What does shipping cost outside the US?
Prints ship worldwide for a few dollars, rolled in a protective tube. Framed prints ship from the US or EU, so to some countries the carrier cost runs high; where that's the case we recommend the print, framed at a shop near you. Your exact cost is calculated at checkout.
What is it printed on?
Giclée on 200gsm museum-grade matte paper, the same stock galleries use for archival prints. Deep blacks, no glare, made to be lit and looked at.
Where is it made?
Every print is produced in the US or UK, close to you, by our fulfillment partners. Nothing is mass-produced or shipped from overseas: your print is made to order, one at a time, in the region it ships to.
How long until it's on my wall?
About ten days from order to delivery in the US, a little longer internationally. Every print is made to order, one at a time.
